Police investigating alleged Milton break-ins, including one at a church.

Halton police are currently investigating two separate alleged break-ins in Milton, including one that occurred on the premises of a church. On April 4th at 3:20 a.m., two unidentified male suspects reportedly entered a shed located on the property of Grace Anglican Church at 317 Main St. E., where they stole a snowblower valued at approximately $1,000, along with various tools. One of the suspects wore a dark jacket, while the other was dressed in a light sweater. Additionally, police are seeking an individual who allegedly broke into a residence on Hearst Boulevard on April 6th at around 8:15 a.m. The suspect reportedly knocked on the front door of the home, but when a resident did not answer, the suspect returned at 9:30 a.m. and used a tool to pry open a basement window. The suspect allegedly stole jewelry, including rings, earrings, and bracelets, before fleeing the area. The suspect is described as a 20 to 30-year-old person with long brown hair.
