Residents hoping to run for mayor, council or school board trustee in Milton have until 2 p.m. on August 21 to register, ahead of the October 26 municipal election.

With the nomination deadline set for August 21, 39 candidates have registered to run for mayor and council in Milton's 2026 municipal election.
