Security Gate Stops Break-In Attempt at Milton Store

A suspected break-in attempts at a business on Steeles Avenue ended unsuccessfully early Friday morning (Jan. 30).

Halton Regional Police say surveillance footage shows an unknown individual smashing the front window of the EB Games location around 2 a.m. However, a security gate prevented the suspect from gaining access.

Unable to enter the store, the individual fled the area without stealing anything. Police have not released a suspect description at this time.
