UIC Seniors Milton Chapter Hosts Inspiring Community Iftar at Milton Sports Complex.


Milton, Ontario – The UIC Seniors Milton Chapter hosted a memorable and spiritually uplifting Iftar Dinner at the Milton Sports Complex, welcoming an over-capacity crowd from across the community.


The evening brought together families, seniors, community leaders, and residents in a beautiful display of unity and togetherness during the holy month of Ramadan. The event was graced by Associate Minister Zee Hamid, who attended as the Guest of Honour and shared inspiring remarks, highlighting the importance of compassion, service, and community connection.


Adding to the spiritual atmosphere, renowned Naatkhawans Nadeem Shah, Ahmad Mughal, and Hassan captivated the audience with heartfelt recitations of naats, creating a reflective and uplifting environment for all attendees.


The gathering was a powerful reminder of the true spirit of Ramadan — unity, generosity, and gratitude. The UIC Seniors Milton Chapter expressed heartfelt thanks to all participants, volunteers, and supporters whose efforts made the evening such a success.


The organization reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to serving seniors in Milton and continuing to strengthen community bonds through meaningful initiatives and events.
