Milton Home Prices Jump 6% in April, Average Now at $1.05 Million

According to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the average home price in Milton reached $1.05 million in April 2025, marking a 6% increase (or $59,467) from March. However, compared to April 2024, prices are down 4.3% (or $46,736).
Milton recorded 156 home sales in April, with properties spending an average of 22 days on the market. There were 578 active listings at the end of the month. This represents a 7.6% increase in sales and a dramatic 89.5% jump in active listings compared to April 2024.
