Milton Launches Survey to Shape Future Housing Strategy

The Town of Milton is shaping its draft Housing Strategy, and YOU can help guide the future of our community!

With Milton projected to grow to 400,000 residents and a need for 88,000 new homes by 2051, the Town is developing a long-term plan to make sure there's a home for everyone — regardless of age, income, or life stage.

What’s in it for you? You can share your thoughts on Milton’s future housing plans by completing a new public survey. This is your chance to weigh in on the draft vision, key principles, and proposed actions that will help shape the future of housing in our town.

“We’re planning for the right housing, in the right places, at the right prices and tenures,” says Jill Hogan, Commissioner of Development Services. “Your input is essential.”

An in-person open house was already held on Tuesday, May 27th, but there's still time to share your thoughts online.

Survey Deadline: Friday, June 13th🔗 Click the link to participate and learn more about the Housing Strategy.

Let’s build a better Milton — together.
