On Thursday, March 7th, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) arrested Cameron Ivens, a former Educational Assistant who used to work for the Halton District School Board. He's 42 years old.
He's facing a bunch of charges, like making child pornography, voyeurism, sexual assault, and possessing child pornography. He's also charged with things like sexual interference and assault. Ivens is in custody, waiting for a bail hearing.
Before this, he worked at several schools, including P.L Robertson Public School in Milton, Munns Public School, Emily Carr Public School in Oakville, and Viola Desmond Public School in Milton. He also worked at Rick Imus Music Studio in Milton and started his own piano tuning business called Pitch Perfect Piano Service.
