Milton Man Caught with $319,000 in Stolen Luxury Fragrances

Toronto Police have arrested a Milton man following an investigation into a series of thefts reported by multiple retail stores across the city.

On Monday, October 13, officers executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a Milton residence, where they allegedly discovered 1,880 bottles of high-end perfumes and colognes valued at approximately $319,000.

As a result, 23-year-old Issam Ahmad has been charged with:

• Trafficking in proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000

• Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000

• Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime for the purpose of trafficking over $5,000

Ahmad is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, December 1.
