Lace up your shoes—this walk is about more than just steps!
On Saturday, May 3, a 2-km or 5-km hike offers a chance to move for a meaningful cause: bringing a local hospice to life.
The Townsend-Smith Foundation is hosting its annual Hike for Hospice, with events in Milton, Acton, and Georgetown. In Milton, the walk begins at 10 a.m. at the Milton Community Sports Park (805 Santa Maria Blvd.), where hundreds of individuals and teams will come together to support compassionate end-of-life care.
All funds raised through pledges and a $25 registration fee will go directly toward building the future hospice in Halton Hills—land has already been secured.
Every step counts. Walk with purpose.
