A 24-year-old Mississauga man is facing impaired driving charges following a single-vehicle collision in rural Milton late Tuesday night.

According to Halton Regional Police media relations officer Jeff Dillon, the crash occurred around 10:25 p.m. at Eighth Line and Lower Base Line. While no physical injuries were reported, police conducted an investigation at the scene.

As a result, the driver was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 80mg or more within two hours.
