The Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area (DMBIA) has big plans to kick off the start of summer with SummerFest on Saturday, June 3, from noon to 8 p.m. on Main St. Over 75 vendors have already confirmed their participation, with more expected to sign up.
The event will feature a constant stream of bands, including Three Legged Barstool, 16 Miles Out, The 2 Dollar Bills, Los Chukos, Alessia Chole, The Classy Wrecks, AUX Band and Acrobat, a U2 Tribute band, all performing on the BMO Stage. Other highlights of the day include:
Milton Strong Performance Area supported by Lajy Welding featuring shows and demonstrations from local artists and businesses.
Vendor Marketplace sponsored by Scotiabank with vendors offering great food, clothing, accessories, gifts, and more.
Summer Fun Photo Ops.
Family fun activities, including Lego & Duplo hosted by Creative Club, splatter art by Tinkerlab, games, and more.
Milton Historical Society’s SummerFest Extravaganza sale and demonstrations.
Patios at local restaurants serving great food and refreshing drinks.
