The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is currently investigating a pharmacy robbery that occurred in Milton. On Monday, March 26, 2024, around 3:00 pm, authorities responded to a distress call from Miltowne Pharmacy located on Commercial Street.
Four suspects swiftly infiltrated the pharmacy, assaulting an employee and demanding drugs upon gaining access behind the counter. They absconded with narcotics from the safe, alongside cash from the register, fleeing in a dark grey Honda CRV, newer model, heading northbound on Commercial Street.
Clad in dark clothing, gloves, masks, and hooded sweatshirts, all four suspects' identities remain concealed. Thankfully, no physical injuries were reported among the pharmacy staff.
