Police Investigate Possible Arson at Milton Health Centre

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is investigating an early morning fire that caused significant damage to the Milton Health Centre on Maple Avenue.
Emergency crews responded to the facility at 1225 Maple Avenue around 3:10 a.m. on Sunday, October 19th, after reports of a fire alarm. Upon arrival, officers discovered a shattered front door and visible fire damage in the reception area. The blaze was quickly contained by the building’s sprinkler system, though both fire and water damage occurred. A damage estimate has not yet been released.
Police report that a Suspect was seen nearby during the incident. The individual was described as wearing dark clothing, a dark face covering, and carrying a gas can.
Authorities are urging anyone with information or surveillance footage from the area to contact Halton Regional Police or reach out anonymously to Cry.
