Teen Facing Charges After Alleged Threat at Milton House Party

A 17-year-old boy from Halton Hills is facing serious charges after an incident at a crowded Milton house party on Friday night, April 4.
According to Halton Police, the teen was denied entry to a large gathering on Oak Street, which had around 100 attendees. Reports say that around 10:30 p.m., the youth allegedly threatened to spray the person who refused him entry with mace.
Police were called to the scene, and upon arrest, the teen was found in possession of bear spray. He has since been charged with uttering threats and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The charges have not yet been tested in court, and the investigation is ongoing.
