Armed Home Invasion in Milton on August 20, 2024


The Halton Regional Police are looking into an armed home invasion that happened in Milton.

Around 11:45 am on August 20, 2024, a group of suspects broke into a home near Tremaine Road and Louis St. Laurent Boulevard. The residents were at home when the suspects, pretending to be delivering food, forced their way in. Although the suspects had a gun, no shots were fired. One man in the home was assaulted and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects stole jewelry and other valuables, leading the police to believe the attack was planned.

The four suspects were wearing tracksuits, masks, glasses, and hooded sweaters during the invasion.

Police are asking anyone with video footage (from dash cams or doorbell cameras) near Tremaine Road and Louis St. Laurent Boulevard between 11:30 am and 12:15 pm on August 20 to come forward.
