Driver Missing After Fiery Crash Shuts Down Regional Road 25 in Milton

Halton Regional Police are actively investigating after a single-vehicle collision and fire early this morning in rural Milton.

Emergency crews, including Halton Hills Fire Department, responded to the scene around 3 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, on Regional Road 25, just south of 15 Sideroad.

A pickup truck was found in a ditch and fully engulfed in flames, which were quickly brought under control by fire crews.

At this time, no occupants were found at the scene, and police report the driver or any passengers remain unaccounted for.
