From now until Sept. 26, 2022, eligible voters can request a vote by mail kit. Your vote by mail kit will include a voting instruction sheet, an elector declaration card, a ballot, secrecy envelope, and a postage pre-paid return envelope.
To request a vote by mail kit below, you must upload one of the following documents showing your name and address:
Ontario driver’s license
Ontario photo card
A cancelled personalized cheque
An insurance policy or statement
Any other document included on Ontario’s acceptable documents for voter identification list
