ree

Exciting news for Milton and future engineers! 🚀 Wilfrid Laurier University is set to launch its first-ever Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering at the Milton campus starting Fall 2026 — a historic milestone in Laurier’s 114-year journey.

This innovative program is designed to meet the fast-growing demand in fields like ethical AI, smart-city infrastructure, climate modelling, and bioinformatics, while strengthening Laurier’s commitment to STEM education. 💡

Students can choose concentrations in Biology or Psychology/Cognitive Science, and even opt for a co-op placement in their fourth year for real-world experience.

Laurier received provincial approval in October, and applications are now open until January 15th.
