A 53-year-old man from St. Catharines is facing an impaired driving charge after Halton police responded to a traffic complaint in Milton.
Officers were called to Santa Maria Boulevard and Derry Road around 8 p.m. on Saturday (Jan. 25) following a tip from a concerned citizen. After an investigation, the driver was charged with having a blood alcohol concentration of 80mg or more within two hours.
The charge has not yet been tested in court.
