Milton Man Faces Impaired and Dangerous Driving Charges After Hwy. 403 Crash

A 29-year-old Milton man is facing charges following a three-vehicle collision on Highway 403 near Eglinton Avenue in Mississauga.

According to OPP, the man’s vehicle rolled over during the incident, leaving a woman passenger with serious injuries. The other two motorists involved were not hurt.

The Milton man is now charged with dangerous driving and impaired driving. The charges have not been tested in court.
