Halton Police have announced charges against three males involved in the armed robbery at a Milton pharmacy.

Last Thursday, around 12:30 p.m., the Bonafide Compounding Pharmacy on Britannia Road and Leger Way was robbed. Three suspects demanded drugs but fled with only the cash register when they couldn't access the narcotics due to a delayed safe. They escaped in a stolen white Honda CRV driven by another suspect.

The stolen car was driven recklessly, leading to a collision with a police vehicle near Thompson Road and Main Street East. All four suspects fled on foot, prompting nearby schools to secure their premises. Police caught three of them.

In the stolen car, police found a fake gun.

The three males, aged 16 to 18, are now facing charges including robbery, possessing stolen property, obstructing police, and carrying a dangerous weapon. They are being held in custody until a bail hearing in Milton.

One suspect was already under house arrest for a previous offense.

One suspect is still at large.
