We got an update on the latest crime map from the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS). It shows when and where crimes happened in Milton between December 20th and December 27th.
There were at least 71 crimes during this time. Of these, 29 were roadside tests, 15 were thefts, and four were hit-and-runs.
For theft and theft from vehicles, HRPS suggests these tips:
Lock your parked vehicle(s) and keep them secure.
Don't leave spare keys in your vehicle.
Take valuables out of sight.
