Emergency Responders to Conduct Major Drill at Milton Hospital
People who see many police, fire, and ambulance vehicles around Milton District Hospital on November 12 don’t need to worry. Halton police and other emergency crews will be holding a training exercise at the hospital from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Constable Jeff Dillon said the exercise will simulate how first responders handle an “active attacker” situation. He explained that it will take place in an unused part of the hospital , so regular hospital services will not be affected.
